Formerly a competitive gymnast, a publicist, and marathon runner, Kara is currently a mother, movement teacher and writer based in California.

With more than a decade spent working in corporate sponsorship and public relations roles, Kara began her career in marketing with Barrett-Jackson Collector and Vintage Car Auctions. 

Since then she has worked to represent brands like The San Francisco Giants, Tiffany & Co, The Tracy Anderson Method, and Reddit. 

Kara loves to teach mindful motion that builds strength and increases flexibility for both children and adults. Offering classes that blend distinctive beats with a multi-modality approach and a free-spirited outlook, Kara strives to motivate others to live their best lives and try new things.​
